God In Alcoholics Anonymous: A luxury I Can’t Afford

Posted by admin on April 15, 2017
god / No Comments

God in AA is a luxury a primary alcoholic can’t afford. God in replace of sobriety simply doesn’t work. If you’ve got God in AA meetings, you haven’t got a grasp on sobriety. Sober people get you sober but they are not being called anymore. These days they talk about God and working 12 steps in AA and not talking about sobriety.

God in Alcoholics Anonymous

That’s not sobriety. That’s madness. Sobriety needs to always be a priority in AA meetings. Like it was once, years ago. Instead we find people chairing meetings who have no idea what they’re doing, like Lana last week.

Some have been around for a long time and they still have not got sober. They are not Primary alcoholics (people allergic to alcohol). Instead primary’s die through lack of information at meetings.

Now they have people chairing who don’t call sober people. Worse still they have no concept of what is sobriety. It’s evident they haven’t a clue on how to keep people sober. Sober people know their history and they don’t like it. They can’t lies from the floor.

When long term members are in attendance they can’t lie about sobriety. Long term sober people know when they’ve had a bust or two (meaning they have not had unbroken sobriety). Many of these people who attend meetings are not Primary’s, not secondary’s, they are not even alcoholics at all. The grog will not kill them so they can afford to make mistakes.

Lana Said She Didn’t Have God, Is Why She Busted – But She Did !

Lana chaired a meeting last week: She came to AA 30 years ago and never stayed sober for any length of time. She had no shame in not calling sober people. She left a member of the fellowship with 26 years of unbroken sobriety sit there listening to failure after failure called to speak. People who instead spoke of unresolved issues in their life, surmountable problems, and told how unhappy they were to be not drinking.

Common sense would tell you to call sobriety to help people who have failed. How else can they find out what they’re going wrong, why they can’t stay sober. Sobriety is not a matter of life and death for all who attend AA meetings. For primary’s it is that serious and so if they make a mistake they don’t last. They die, and a new lot take their place, and noting changes.

The chairwomen who didn’t call sobriety, in fact went out of her way NOT to call sobriety. Her history is she had not been to AA meetings for over 10 years. She had a failed relationship and left AA. She’s back, a couple years now and nothing has changed. She’s still winging about having no sobriety.

Sobriety or God

The meeting she chaired has been going for over 26 years. All this time and they do not have anyone sober to put in the chair. Lana said recently from the floor that she didn’t get sober all those years ago because she didn’t have God in her life but she did. She was telling us, back then, she did.

That’s typical though, she known for not telling the truth as is all spiritualists in AA meetings. Before she left AA 10 years ago she said she was praying and “working the program”. Never staying sober though.

In the early 1990’s Lana told a group member (who she fancied) that she was 10 years sober. An older sober member (OSM) went to see who this could be. First names are used only in AA so to further identify someone we ask, “How long are they sober”? That way someone can be identified when name matches up with sobriety.

Hers didn’t, so we went to see who she was. when OSM saw it was her they knew she was not 10 years sober. Not many people would know she lied and she may have got away with it. It’s dangerous though for new people to think they are dealing with an OSM when they are not. Especially when they offer themselves as a sponsor.

Alcoholics Anonymous, and the Two Hat Wearer

Posted by admin on March 20, 2017
the history of aa / No Comments

There are two ways at trying to get sober in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). The right way and the wrong way. One way works and the other doesn’t. Unfortunately the way that works is not the most popular way these days. Although it once was. Now a strange situation has arose where the majority are doing it the wrong way. Just to confuse it a little more there is also the Two Hat Wearer. These people change their opinion to suite the situation – or when they are cornered and have to be seen as rational.

alcoholics anonymous and the two hat wearer

The name of the game is staying sober and everything else is irrelevant. A fact that eludes the spiritualists and step workers who frequent AA meetings.

It may sound crazy to a logical thinker that something that doesn’t work is more popular then something that does. Unfortunately logical thinking is not a high attribute to many people attending AA meetings. They frequent AA meetings for varied reasons and sobriety isn’t one of them. They are what we can call predators. They use the malfunction to their advantage. Like any predator does.

It’s illogical to attend AA meetings to pray and work steps. Especially illogical when it doesn’t work. Not for a victim of alcohol who is a primary (someone allergic to alcohol) They come and are told to do ‘the program’

If they’re a primary they will not last and drink again. They leave AA and die. Then another lot come in to take their place. They are told to do the same. The same thing that sent the last lot to the bone yard. Told by people who’s primary purpose is not sobriety.

Stay Sober Without Working Steps

The step workers tell a short-termer (someone new) to stay away from the people who are staying sober and doing it easy.  The consensus of following such dud advice is that they don’t stay sober.

Can Primary’s be happy not drinking? Of course they can – if they do AA meetings and stay away from the first drink. The sober people tell short-termers to stay away from step-workers and spiritualists. Because they simply don’t keep anyone sober.

They say they pray and work steps. They are liars. It’s madness to live that way and it will send people mad. They go mad then have no choice but to drink again. It’s the only thing that will settle the head down.

Unfortunately the sobriety situation is no better when they go to so called ‘professional people’ Like counselors, social workers, detox centres etc. Their customer base is people who are desperately wanting help with an alcohol allergy. They instead are treated like drug addicts. They will end up committing suicide. There’s no other way out.

The Two Hat Wearer

The two hat wearers go to steps groups and spiritual groups and be spiritual for some situations and then go to ID groups. They agree that an alkie can get sober on the first step. They will say they are not spiritualists when attending ID groups. Not being spiritual means they operate on the first step only.

A two hat wearer will be someone else also in AA. It’s mainly a women who is in a secret relationship with an older sober member (OSM) While in the relationship they will say they are getting sober as a single person. This simply is not true. It’s dangerous and it’s deceptive. The single member has a different set of rules and problems to ‘married’ people getting sober.

The person deceiving their group members in this way is called a two hat wearer.

Alcohol Allergy Causes Many Deaths A Year

Posted by admin on March 18, 2017
alcohol allergy / No Comments

The story of Peggie.
Peggie had an alcohol allergy problem and attended AA meetings. Her cute little Maltese terrier Barney also went along to the meetings with her. Barney sat on her friend Terry’s lap when he chaired the meeting and Barney caused no problem, he simply slept on his lap.

The nasty spiritualists alcohol allergyand Step workers however got together and tried to ban Barney by putting a sign up saying ‘No Dogs Allowed’ Barney couldn’t read and they didn’t know who they were dealing with when they tried that with Terry. He soon let them know in no uncertain terms where the sign belonged and that “Barney was stayin”

Peggie and her husband were successful business people and lived comfortably. Money was no object, never a problem, but Peggie’s drinking due to her alcohol allergy was a problem for them both. She tried so hard to stop and out of desperation in 2014 she booked into another Detox Centre for treatment.

Detox and Rehab Centre

The Centre was the most expensive to date. At a cost of $5,000 per day Peggie stayed there for a month. She thought nothing of paying this kind of money. Peggie had been in and out of Detox Centres many times over the years. When they released her this time she had a certificate to say she would never drink again.

Unfortunately she got drunk that night. This result is expected by the OSM of AA. That’s because she may have been a month without alcohol but was not a month sober. She had not lived a month in society as a sober person. Due to being institutionalized in the Detox Centre. These facts is what is not known and they don’t want it known. That they don’t show results.

Peggie’s husband Max didn’t drink at all. For a start he didn’t like the taste or smell. Peggie often slept on Terry’s lounge rather then go home tipsy, her and Barney. She would put Barney up at the peephole to ensure Terry let them in. She sometimes knocked late at night but she knew Terry loved Barney and so couldn’t resist. Her hubby was very tolerant of her problem and stood by Peggy through thick and thin. He was such a lovely man. Peggie just couldn’t stay stopped from the alcohol for any length of time.

No Sobriety in Meetings

The meetings were not strong enough for her. They used to say in meetings in the old days, “Stick With The Strength” There’s no strength in meetings anymore mainly due to Detox Centres and due to god. “Get god and get drunk” was also said in AA meetings in the old days.

Peggie still though was a beautiful women despite her problem. Being around 60 years of age she certainly didn’t look her age. She always dressed stylish and looked so beautifully groomed. She however was still a chain smoker. That didn’t stop her being likeable. She a softly spoken, charming and very intelligent lady. Terry supported her at the meetings and it was needed and appreciated. Due to his support she was able to get around 3 years sobriety up at one time, and for the first time in her life.

Terry lost contact with her for a while after that and he heard one day that she had died from a massive heart attack.

Alcohol Allergy and a Seizure is Dangerous

The cause of death is often wrongly stated on a death certificate as heart attack. Often it’s an alcoholic seizure. The two conditions have similar symptoms and an alcohol induced seizure can be mistaken for heart attack. In AA meetings it’s common to see people have seizures.

Amy Winehouse, is an example of someone who died early due to an alcoholic seizure. She was only 24 when she died of a seizure. Such a shame she had a unique blues voice and destined for stardom. Alas, alcohol cut her life short and she didn’t even reach the 27Club member age. She died even younger then the many musicians who died at aged 27.

As Keith from the Summer Hill AA group would say, “It’s not how old you are that matters, it’s how long you’re gonna live” So true, alcohol allergy kills many young people a year. At around about 30 they’re washed up if they’re still drinking.

Statistics are hidden on that although and true causes of many early deaths attributed to alcohol are never known. AA members are in a unique position to see the true facts on why victim of alcohol die, commit suicide, have seizures mistaken for heart attacks, are wrongly diagnosed by doctors with mental problems and wrongly put on psych medication. All this as a direct result of problems with alcohol.

What Is Sobriety?

Posted by admin on October 15, 2015
aa meetings / No Comments

AA has changed, and not for the better. AA has been hijacked and in more ways then one. Alcoholics Anonymous used to be unique. It was a fellowship where people could go to stop drinking alcohol and be happy about it. It was a place where they had people to help them and to look out for them. Alcoholics once had a chance at getting sober. VLUU L100, M100 / Samsung L100, M100

Not anymore though. In the past few years AA has been raped, pillaged, pulled apart, and commercialized. What’s worse is that no one has noticed. Here’s my comments and questions on last nights meeting:

  • The secretary changed the theme of the meeting from ID to Speakers Meeting and presented a guest speaker who has no sobriety.
  • And he has no sobriety  himself.
  • We heard a woman tell her story with 30 men in attendance and only one other women from a Detox Centre.
  • The speaker was not asked any questions after her talk.
  • Does she have anything to offer, if so what is it?
  • Some ID meetings like this one are becoming replaced with ‘topics’ meetings and are unrelated to problems associated with alcoholism. How then can anyone get sober?
  • The secretary has no sobriety and this meeting has no older sober members (OSM) to guide members on what is right and what is the wrong thing to be doing.
  • Members were not asked to speak but spoke at random.
  • All members in attendance who spoke after the guest speaker also had no sobriety.
  • Sobriety was not offered at this meeting and therefor it had no purpose.
  • This meeting should be closed.

AA is no longer focused on sobriety and this was quite obvious at the meeting last night. To make it worse this meeting is not listed as anything other then an AA ID meeting. AA is all about identification (ID) and nothing else. That is of people getting up and telling their story of What it was like, What happened and What it is like now.

What was wrong at last nights meeting:

So now we have a situation of unsuspecting visitors turning up to a meeting and are confronted with a situation they did not expect to be happening. That is not Alcoholics Anonymous, far from it. This situation is a direct opposite to what AA used to be like. Alcoholics who attended knew what to expect which was one reason why it worked so well. They had stability instead of the instability they had in life when they were drinking. The alcoholics would go to AA meeting expecting to find sobriety and why else would you go? Instead now we have a situation where people go to AA meetings for all sorts of reasons other then sobriety. The main reason being for sex. yes we have sexual predators, looking for sick women, and men.

Guest speaker had no sobriety so what value would be in asking her to be a guest speaker at an AA meeting? Answer: None.
1. The meeting changed to a speakers meeting without it being listed as such in the online AA meetings list. a guest speaker who had nothing to offer in the way of sobriety. Why? Because she was not sober and had no idea of the concept. She simply told her story which took up half an hour of an hour meeting. She didn’t speak for 1/2 an hour but between her and the chairperson reading from a book a chapter that used to be called, “How It Works’ That term isn’t used anymore in their reading. How it works has been hijacked as a term for just about everyone and everything online, as an introduction to their particular niche or topic.

What Is AA

Posted by admin on July 17, 2015
A.A. / No Comments

AA is for someone who has a drinking problem. By attending AA meetings it’s like a visit to the Doctor to change thinking patterns of the mind. When they need “a check-up from the neck-up” as was once said in the early days in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)

Sobriety can be achieved by attending AA meetings on a regular basis. Alcoholics (someone allergic to alcohol) comes to get sober and to learn what to do next once they stop drinking. Stopping drinking is only a start to the journey of sobriety. To achieve sobriety it takes time. Members need time to grasp a new way of thinking and living and looking at the world.

campfire

This doesn’t mean making AA a home. there’s very little sobriety in meetings these days. New members hoping to get sobriety information instead are told to pray and work steps. This problem is due to Doctors and Detox Centres and many institutions who are on the band wagon of making money from people wanting sobriety.

Also there’s no one to look after them. Instead what is happening now in AA is that people with no sobriety are opening up meetings and making AA their home. Sometimes they find a job because they’re not drinking now but this is the only thing that changes in their lives. Usually they have simply swapped drinking for working. They sit in meetings reading the big book and working steps and this action keeps the true alcoholic who visits their meeting, in the past. This is a same results as when drinking.

AA Prison Visits

Many will go on a roster to visit inmates in prison possibly under a delusion they can help someone. This is of course nonsense. God only knows what inmates are subjected to during such visits. They could only be reading the Big Book to them and telling them to work steps. This practice is of no value to people in prison or outside of prison.

AA members then have the problem of coping with people who come to meetings from prison and who have not been given correct information. They don’t even have basic information from outside visits on what to do when they do arrive at AA meetings.
